Choose your course
Henri Mura, a French state-qualified instructor and SDI/TDI Course Director, teaches in four agencies: SDI/TDI, PADI, SSI, and the French ANMP and FFESSM. You choose yours; we take you from your first breath underwater to advanced levels.
Kids & teens diving

Open Water
The first international certification, with SDI, PADI or SSI, from age 12.

French levels
Level 1, PE40, Level 2 (ANMP, FFESSM).
How we teach
The first dives take place in the lagoon, in calm water, to learn the basic skills without rushing. Then come the ocean dives, outside the reef, on our fun-dive sites.
During a course, one instructor teaches four students at most: everyone has time to ask questions and progress at their own pace.

On request
Technical diving, specialties, Level 3 and above: write to us to discuss it, and we will plan the course with you.
Haven't dived for a while? A refresher dive with an instructor gets your confidence back before you go out exploring again.

Frequently asked questions
Which courses do you offer?
We teach in four agencies: SDI/TDI, PADI, SSI and ANMP / FFESSM. For children: bronze, silver and gold diver from age 8 (ANMP and FFESSM), Junior Open Water from age 10. For adults: French Level 1, Open Water (SDI, PADI or SSI), Advanced, PE40, French Level 2 and PADI referral. Level 3 and above, technical diving and specialties are on request. A refresher dive is also available.
How much does a course cost, and how long does it take?
Prices for all courses are published on the Rates page. As for duration: French Level 1, 2 lagoon dives and 2 ocean dives, 3 days minimum; Open Water, 2 lagoon dives and 4 ocean dives, 4 days minimum; PE40, 3 dives over 3 days; Advanced, 4 ocean dives over 2 days; French Level 2, at least 8 dives. For children, see the Kids & teens diving page.
What are the prerequisites to sign up for a course?
The minimum age depends on the course: 8 for bronze, silver or gold diver, 10 for Junior Open Water, 12 for French Level 1 and Open Water, 16 for PE40 and Advanced, which also require a first level. A health questionnaire is required, and a medical certificate over 65.
Which agency should I choose: international or French?
Both lead to the same first level: the Open Water (SDI, PADI or SSI) and the French Level 1 (ANMP, FFESSM) both let you dive down to 20 metres in the ocean. We teach both.
Can I finish with you a course started elsewhere?
Yes, with PADI: if you did the theory and the pool sessions at a PADI centre at home, you can finish your Open Water in Moorea with us. This is the PADI referral.
