Booking and paying

Allow one to two months ahead for whales, two to three weeks for diving; you can also try the day before. We answer every message the same evening.

Diving: credit card or cash. Whales: cash only. We accept Pacific francs, euros and US dollars. A deposit is required for whales and for large diving bookings, paid by card through a secure payment link.

Cancellation and weather

Cancellation is free up to 72 hours before; at 48 hours, 50% of the price is due, and 100% within the last 24 hours.

When the weather does not allow us to go out, we decide on the day: we then refund the deposit, or reschedule depending on availability.
